(IPS National), is committed to protecting the privacy of information entrusted to IPS National by or in behalf of clients. This information includes, but is not limited to health histories, marital status, social security numbers, personal and family history, finances, death records, information regarding the use or possession of alcohol or drugs, court records, and driving records.

All information is obtained and utilized for underwriting purposes in the insurance industry and for other legal purposes as authorized by legitimate businesses. Violation by IPS National employees of corporate privacy policies and/or any applicable governmental policies, laws, or regulations, will be subject to disciplinary process including legal prosecution.

If a person or persons choose not to provide private information to IPS National, the subject need only decline to offer the information at the time such information is requested. In all other instances, information will be forwarded only to medical labs and underwriting offices as designated by IPS National's clients.

Additionally, it is IPS National's policy not to sell or supply any client information, including email lists, to third parties without specific approval by the client. Nor will IPS National ever send bulk email to clients except to inform clients about changes to applicable IPS National policy, terms of service, legal information, or client training.
